There are so many photographers around these days, it can become difficult to see the forest for the trees. Given the choice available to you, there are a few things you should look out for that can make all the difference.
My photographic style combines traditional wedding photographic style with out of the box thinking. What you get is a beautiful collection of images that gives you the must have traditional images you desire, but also unique, creative images that you are unlikely to find anywhere else.
I make a point of been both tactful and polite, and coming from a family full of clergy am well versed on how to behave in a formal setting and even more importantly how to relate to a wide variety of people, putting them at ease when I do.
I am very aware that the day is about the Bride and Groom, and thus will not demand that hours are spent taking your photographs, I have been to many a wedding as a guest where the formal photographs dominate the event, that’s not how its supposed to be!
I have many samples on this website and on my own (www.peterneill.eu), I love taking candid shots and I invite you to have a look at them, these are the real shots that tell the actual story of a wedding day, capturing the atmosphere of the event itself.
It’s worth noting that unlike many photographers, I hand over full image copyright to the client, and provides all images to the client too, not just a selection limited to 40 or 50. This is my standard, I do not charge any extra for this service! This enables you to reprint any images you wish at a later date for family and friends!
I can also supply you with a wedding album if you wish. I source beautiful white or red leather, hand made albums from Venice and charges what you would expect to pay for a basic album here! They are truly stunning and well worth a look. If you do not want to buy one of these, you can supply your own, or simply put together your own album, it’s all very flexible.
Finally, if you book me six months or more in advance, I will offer you a free DVD slideshow of your wedding pictures & an online private gallery where you can share pictures with family and friends should you wish to . If you like, I can also provide a free private blog on my site for you to share with family and friends before and after the wedding. This is a great way to keep people updated on your preparations, publish directions to locations, share thoughts and ideas etc. (the gallery and/or blog will stay online for 6 months the wedding).
