Emmet Cahill – Wedding Singer including Family Quartet

Emmet Cahill is widely renowned as one of the most exciting up and coming classical singers in Ireland today. Performing from a very early age he has been a multiple prizewinner at all of the countries top music feis’s,has performed on a number of occasions in Croke Park Dublin, as a soloist at Aras an uachtarain, the National concert hall, The gaeity theatre, The Helix and on RTE television.

He has just been unveiled as the newest member of hugely successful performing group Celtic Thunder,directed by Irish music legend Phil Coulter and produced by Celtic woman creator Sharon Browne.They have spent the last 3 years touring the United States and are due to perform in Australia during 2011

He has many years experience performing for weddings and church events all around the country. He performs regularly as a soloist but most commonly with his family group Musicahill quartet. This unique group comprises of Emmet, who sings and plays violin, Laura a classically trained singer and flautist, Aaron a classically trained cellist and their father Martin a trained organist and musical director of the group
