Packages for a stag and hen weekend in Paderborn start from €290 per person for two to three nights (depending on availability and a minimum group of 10 persons) and include the following:

*Flights
Flights will be with Aer Lingus going from Dublin Airport and arriving in Dusseldorf Airport. Generally, these will be morning flights on the Thursday or Friday and usually take an hour and 50 minutes.

*Hotel Accommodation
Hotel accommodation in a centrally located hotel is also part of the price. Breakfast is included and it is two persons per room.

*Guide on Call
We’ll have a guide on call at the weekend for groups who are looking for things to do. We have a wide variety of contacts around the city and can arrange almost anything groups may be looking to do. The guide will have a working knowledge of the city and will be able to bring you along to all the happy hours and special offers that are taking place at the time.

The name of the city derives from the river Pader, which originates in more than 200 springs near Paderborn Cathedral, where St. Liborius is buried.

Paderborn is a vibrant, mid-size city situated in the heartland of Germany. There are about 142,000 inhabitants living within the city encompassed by a catchment area of half a million people living in the more rural outlying villages.
There are over 20,000 students studying in the University of Paderborn so there are always nights going on at weekends and during the week.

Additionally, about 10,000 members or relatives of members of the British armed forces live in Paderborn, but are not included in the nominal population size. About half of the armed forces and families live in the Sennelager ward, the location of the largest barracks.
The Paderborn Tourist office offer short walks through the centre of Paderborn to introduce English-speaking groups to the sights of the town. The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes and costs 45 Euro per group (1-25 persons).
